Cancellation and Refund

Terms and conditions:

1. Test cancellation may be requested under following circumstances:
• The patient expires while the sample is under process.
• The sample fails in quality check (QC) and resample is not possible.
2. Refunds are carried out via NEFT or online payments only.

Policy:

1. In all the cases defined in point 1 under terms and conditions, the amount paid by the patient party is refunded to them on request.
2. In case of Mutation Specific tests (MST), if the Proband's report is negative and the proband's relative does not need the MST anymore, the request for the MST can be cancelled and the amount for the MST will be refunded to the patient in case the payment has already been made.

Payments

Terms and Conditions:

1. The report will not be released until full payment has been received and realized.
2. In case of Below Poverty Line (BPL) patients, complete document set (including BPL card and declaration) will have to be submitted in order for the payment to be realized.
3. Patient party may pay the full amount at once or in installments till the due date of full report is reached.
